- Exchange and Refund: Please be informed that we do not accept any exchange or refund requests for sale products. We recommend making your purchase decisions carefully.
- Alterations: We regret to inform you that alterations are not available for sale products. These items are offered at significantly reduced prices, and, as such, we cannot accommodate alterations.
- Basic Fittings: In the rare instance that you find basic fitting issues like a loose or tight waist upon receiving your sale product, please notify us immediately within an hour of parcel receipt. For basic fittings, clients will be responsible for bearing alteration charges, amounting to 450 INR, along with two-side shipping charges.
- Major Alterations: We do not accept requests for major alterations on sale products. However, if a client insists on such changes, they will be charged differently based on the specific requirements. Please understand that we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for sale products, given their discounted nature.
- Size and Measurements: Snehaal More Designs encourages customers to be diligent in ensuring that they are fully aware of their sizes and measurements before purchasing our sale products. These items are already offered at exceptionally low prices, and as such, we are unable to guarantee the fit.
