At Snehaal More Designs  each piece is handmade with love & hence we do not accept any returns on orders placed. We are happy to provide alterations at no extra cost.

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of it being placed. The refund is processed within 3-4 working days, through the same mode of payment. 
• Just in case any alterations are required we will be happy to do the same for you as no extra cost.
• The courier charge from the customer back to us, is to be borne by the customer.we will pay for the courier cost to send the altered outfit back to you.
